Insurance Policy
Blake J. Thompson DMD PA & Associates are a non-contracted dental practice. We are not bound by fees or treatment restrictions set forth by insurance companies. As a courtesy, we will file insurance claims on your behalf when fees have been paid in full. We are in no way responsible for the outcome of your claims if your insurance refuses to pay, nor can we guarantee the insurance will cover any charges.
Dental Insurance is different from medical insurance. Please review the insurance benefit booklet you received from your provider to better understand the benefits that are available as part of your insurance coverage. The patient payment portion covered for procedures varies depending on the coverage provided by your policy.
Financial Policy
